What's your ideal working situation?

Ditto to that!

Most times I like to think I work in an egalitarian community based at a large cosmapolitan hospital where people are happy to accept responsibility, rise to an occasion and be corrected to every ones advantage when perpetuating a glitch. A sense of belonging and purpose comes of it. No one likes to tell another what to do, unless they got problems. Help each other function as a part of the collective whole.

Yeah, and is takes real talent to work at the forefront making the changes that let a community evolve based on Zaadz-principles!  You have that talent! So, here is our chance to show how it all comes together through what you envision and ultimately do!
 
You have been vested by the universe to make that happen – not by us, but by your intent. Although this may not biggest life-long career-project you have in store, it ranks up there! You are here because you got the goods, and plus you wanted to do this more than any other soul, from which the universe has to pick — not a cop-out/default selection, let me tell you – more like 'manifesto via de creme de la creme theory!'

May you have the support you desire at work, at home, and within this community while forging ahead making a new reality for your 'at work place' – all over the virtual internet as a benefit to you and for all us!
